The dreaded detail of securing your network

Despite knowing that security is important we find ourselves dealing with all kinds of security breaks.  From the usual virus & spyware infections to all out infections that spread throughout the network.  These issues are BIG productivity killers.  They can happen in the best and worst of environments, and often, at the worst times.  Like there is ever a good time for a virus infection?!
